Trinity Universe is a cross-over title in more ways than one - there's the character cross-over but the game also introduces full-blown 3D encounters to the Disgaea and Atelier universes.
The battle system takes place on a 3D arena where player characters stand on one side whilst enemies stand on the other. Attacks may be performed singly by one champion or collaboratively where multiple characters combine their attacks in dizzying theatrics filled with magic blasts, weapons slashing, and ground shaking blows.
